Online cake images

Onscreen colours and finish may vary due to monitor variations and screen configurations. Slight colour and overall finish differences can occur between each finished cake, due to the handmade nature of our products. Cake stands are not included and have been used for styling purposes only. Product images have been edited only to display available colour and accessory options.

 

Payment

For custom cake order a 30% deposit is required up front in order to secure your date and for us to source any additional accessories required (this includes cake topers, flowers, etc). Payment in full will be required 14 days before your event.

Delivery

Custom and Online cake orders - Delivery fee is calculated based on distance travelled from our studio in Tolga and will be included as an itemised charge on invoice. Once cake/sweets has been delivered to the nominated venue, The Cake Collective is not liable for any loss or damage caused. 

 

Allergen information

Ingredients listings have been provided for each product. However, all cakes and sweets have been made using ingredients and on equipment that may contain traces of nuts and other known allergens.

 

Returns, Replacements, and Deposits
All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged in any way, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss. Deposits are non refundable 4 weeks out from your chosen date. 

 

Refunds/ Cancellations

Due to the nature of the handmade products, refunds cannot be made if the order has been completed. **PLEASE NOTE: Due to fluctuating Covid-19 restrictions, we will endeavor to reschedule your cake order should the need arise. We require a minimum 5 days notice to reschedule your date. 

 

Privacy and Security
Your privacy and security is treated with care and concern when using the The Cake Collective website. You can be assured that your personal information will never be shared or sold to any third parties. The information collected when placing an order, is used solely for contact and delivery purposes. A secure sever (SSL) is used to encrypt credit card and payment information. Credit card details are never stored. The Cake Collective reserves the right to reject any orders that are of concern.  Should there be any issues with an order, contact will be made.
